Jamie’s world is turned upside down with the discovery of an online liaison between her husband and a mysterious younger woman. Will Chapman, an architect, has been out of work for more than a year and when he meets a university student online and discovers she is interested in his architecture and, perhaps more, the allure of escaping from reality is a temptation that Will cannot resist. It is just fantasy after all. But when Jamie discovers her husband’s double life, she is devastated by the deception that now threatens their marriage. Lies are exposed and Will realizes what he almost lost. He loves his family. He loves his wife. What began as an online indiscretion takes on much more dangerous dimensions as Jamie and Will, still trying to salvage their battered relationship, realize that Will’s cyber girlfriend, AJ, is not going to let him go without a fight. After a series of work mishaps jeopardize Jamie’s career and reputation, she begins to question whether they have something to do with Will’s pen pal. Who is Will’s cyber ‘friend’? While working with her husband to fix what is broken between them, they are drawn together by the realization that AJ is not who she claims to be. Is she bent on destroying Jamie so that she can have Will all to herself? When fantasy turns to nightmare reality, Jamie fights for more than just her family and the husband she loves. She must also foil AJ’s deadly plan to have Will at any cost.
