Joel, the owner of a suburban food extract factory whose life is falling apart around his ears. His employees are an assortment of losers and misfits who seem intent on sabotaging the company's plans for a lucrative buyout. His wife Suzie won't have sex with him. Things go from bad to worse when his best friend, pill-popping bartender Dean, cooks up a convoluted scheme to make Suzie cheat on him with dim-witted gigolo Brad (Dustin Milligan), leaving Joel free to pursue new employee Cindy - with unforeseen and disastrous consequences.
