Moe, a gangster on the verge of going straight, and his partner Franco, trade guns for a living. When he is double-crossed in a big gun deal his dishonest cousin Donnelly helps settle the score. Then Moe meets Monica, falls in love for the first time, and decides to change his ways. Only things go terribly wrong in the pursuit of his new life; a double date between Moe and Monica, and Franco and Beth, Monica's sister, ends in death. Franco accidentally kills Beth in the throes of passion, and terrified of the consequences hides her body in the closet. Caught in the middle of a hopeless situation, and about to close his final and biggest gun deal, Moe decides to conceal the truth from Monica. When Monica discovers her sister's corpse, she is determined to do everything she can to get even, unless someone else gets to Moe first…
