Two professional hit men are hired to assassinate a retiring crime boss but the payoff money is stolen by Andy and Terry, two bumbling English crooks. Mistaken for the real triggermen, they have some decisions to make as their getaway is thwarted by the psychotic Irish mobster who put out the contract. Complicating matters are Penny, Andy's long-suffering girlfriend, and Emma, the crime kingpin's daughter, who unwittingly falls for Terry as he seeks both the money and the mystery target.
