Dennis Boyle and his girlfriend, Kim Phelan have entered into something with the mob. They planted a bomb that killed an Italian mobster and his wife for stealing Boyle's plates that counterfeit $50 bills. As kids, Boyle and Mitch ran havoc through the streets of their home town. Now, years later a powerful grudge divides the former friends - Mitch has gone straight, and Boyle is determined to lure him back into the criminal underworld with a twisted plan involving counterfeit cash; running the risk of stepping all over the toes of the local mafia.
