Joely Fisher (Baby Bob, Ellen) returns for a second season as Zoe Busiek, a quirky, down-to-earth insurance fraud investigator with a big heart and high-octane personality. Chris Potter (Queer as Folk, Spymate) portrays Dan Lennox, a hard-working, savvy fraud investigator who will do anything to separate fact from fiction. Joining the cast this season is Loretta Devine (Boston Public) as M. Pearl McGuire, Zoe and Dan’s larger-than-life new boss. The new episodes will ramp up the sexual tension between Zoe and Dan as they branch out from strictly insurance claims and take on higher profile and higher risk cases. Wild Card is a humour-filled, exuberant investigative series in which one woman ventures out into the big bad world, finds injustice, rights its wrongs, and discovers herself along the way.
